Rocketman, Channel 4, 9pm
We love Elton John. A great musician and someone who has brought wealth into our country and employed many. On top of that he has campaigned for equality for people of differing sexualities. This film doesn’t shy away from the problems of substance abuse. It’s followed at 11.20 by Elton John: The Red Piano his show from his Las Vegas residency.

An interesting look at the origins and influence of the record label. See a good review here.
